The Invite
Every membership begins with an invitation extended by an existing member. No referrals, no applications to a waiting list — just a personal handoff from someone already inside.
Fedora is a members-only speakeasy hidden on the San Antonio Riverwalk. No sign. No menu in the window. No walk-ins. Only those who receive an invitation know the address.
Samuel Panchevre has spent thirty years shaping the San Antonio skyline — from the Riverwalk to the Hill Country. Fedora is his most personal project. Not a restaurant. Not a bar. A room with history in the walls and the right people at the table.
The concept is simple: a 1920s-inspired speakeasy beneath the surface of the Riverwalk, where craft cocktails are made by hand, conversation is the entertainment, and the guest list is curated by invitation only.
We don't advertise. We don't need to. If you're reading this, someone thought you belonged here.

Your membership lives in PassFactory — a digital pass on your phone. It's how you access the door and how you extend invitations to the people you vouch for.
Membership is limited. We cap the room deliberately. Fedora is not trying to grow — it's trying to remain exactly what it is: a small, extraordinary gathering place for the right people.
The address is revealed upon membership. We ask that members extend the same courtesy. What happens at Fedora stays at Fedora — not for legal reasons, but because that's the point.
"If your name isn't known here,
your money won't help."
This form reaches Samuel directly. If a current member can vouch for you, we'll be in touch within 72 hours via the method you prefer.
